Rabies is a fatal viral disease of the central nervous system of mammals and creates a progressive inflammation of the brain. Signs of rabies in animals are, changes in behavior either aggressive or wild animals becoming tame and calm or a calm animal becoming aggressive. It includes pollution from mine drainage, deteriorating standards in water treatment and urban development. Groundwater is a natural resource and the availability and distribution is highly influenced by climate change and variability.
