The Falkirk Index is a holistic approach to livestock measurement, selection and assessment. It was developed by Ian Walsch in New Zealand and assist in efficient production to achieve optimal returns in your farming business. In our program of 12 May, Stefan Kirsten of Stefan Kirsten Meatmasters, discusses this index and how it is incorporated in his farming practice.
