Grading
Goldpack supplies a broad range of gentle yet high speed systems with variable grading to meet different requirements, including soil extractors, brushing machines, belt graders, roller tables, graders, stem and roots separators, washers, polishers, drying machines, and sorters.
Weighing
Goldpack’s range of high quality industry-proven weighing machines are designed for fresh and processed food, washed and unwashed crops, and fragile and less fragile crops. Product sizes catered for range from grains to grapefruits and within portion sizes from 170 g up to 25 kg.
Bagging
Goldpack covers the full spectrum of bagging requirements:
Wicketed plastic bags: Fully automatic bagging systems into wicketed plastic bags for fruit and vegetables
Nitted net/film bags: Semi and fully automatic bagging into tubular knitted netting with closing label applicator.
Vertical form fill and seal (VFFS): Semi and fully automatic vertical form fill and seal (vffs) baggers using poly film, polypropylene (pp) laminated film and net/film combinations.
Goldpack’s revolutionary new technology features 100% recyclable uncoated paper. Bags are closed using a vertical sealing strip, and the machine can also be used with traditional plastic packages.
Horizontal bagging: Fully automatic horizontal bagging system using pre-made bags, including net/film combination, on a roll or center-fold film.
Bagging/stitching for paper bags: Semi and fully automatic bagging/stitching system for paper bags, for packaging of potatoes, onions or other products in 1-10 kg paper bags either with or without handles.
